Usage & License Guide

When you purchase a product from Monday Pixel, you’re purchasing a license to use the files, not ownership of the files themselves.
Each purchase grants a single-user license.

If anything is unclear, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

What you’re allowed to do

You’re welcome to use Monday Pixel products in:

  • Personal artwork and creative exploration
  • Commercial projects and finished products you sell
  • Client work, marketing materials, packaging, and advertising
  • Both digital and physical designs
  • Multiple projects, as long as you are the sole user

You may freely combine the resources with your own artwork, illustrations, lettering, or designs to create something new and original.

What isn’t allowed

To keep things fair for everyone, Monday Pixel products may not be:

  • Shared, gifted, or passed on to others
  • Resold, redistributed, or offered as downloadable assets
  • Used on their own or as the main value of a product
  • Included in editable, layered, or source files
  • Offered as part of a freebie, giveaway, or promotion
  • Used to create competing brush packs, templates, or asset collections
  • Used in apps, software, games, or design tools for redistribution
  • Claimed as your own work or registered as a trademark or copyright

If multiple people need access, each person must purchase their own license.

About commercial use & scale

Monday Pixel products are intended for individual creators, small businesses, and studios.

If a project involves:

  • Large-scale distribution
  • Enterprise-level clients
  • Annual revenue exceeding USD $10 million

Please contact us to discuss an extended license.

If fonts are included (when applicable)

Fonts included in Monday Pixel products may be used in finished designs, logos, and printed or flattened digital files.

Fonts may not be:

  • Extracted, modified, or redistributed
  • Used to create editable logo templates or alphabet sets
  • Sold in alternate formats or embedded in editable PDFs or apps

Fonts must always be flattened or rasterized in final outputs.

Refunds & support

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

That said, if you experience any issues with your files or downloads, please contact us — we genuinely want you to have a good experience.
